Baby, I pulled cards for us, for SOCIETY, this week, and I audibly gasped.

Okay, let's talk about decentering men — and no, being engaged to one doesn't disqualify me from this conversation!

As women, we have been taught to center men in our lives, and give so much power away without even realizing it. This conversation is about taking your life back.

In this video, I'm sharing exactly what decentering men looks like in my daily life — from how I structure my schedule and my living situation, to who I hire, what I watch, and how I show up in my relationship. Some of these might surprise you. Some might inspire you. And some might make you realize how much you've been unconsciously organizing your life around male comfort.

This isn't about being rude or mean to men. This is about refusing to treat men as gods or bosses. It's about rejecting the idea that life is a hierarchy. It's about not allowing your life to revolve around men — not taking their opinions as gospel, not dressing to please or repel them, not letting them intimidate you with myths about aging, and actively rejecting misogyny.

The question I want you to ask yourself is: Are you living YOUR life, or are you letting other people make you unhappy in your own life?
